Processing & Shipping Times
Please note that all orders are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
All orders typically ship within 5-10 days. U.S. orders should arrive 3-5 business days after items have been shipped. International shipping may take anywhere from 1-12 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification after your order has shipped (check your spam folder if you do not receive one).
If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise if it will arrive in time. However, as our items are printed-on-demand from our fulfillment partner, we often can’t put a rush on items.
USPS First Class Mail arrives in an estimated 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that you may experience delays with shipping due to conditions out of our control.
Other Issues
We do not offer returns or exchanges (see our FAQs), but if you have a problem with your order, please email us with your order number and details of your issue so we can help to resolve it.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, provide your order number and we will instruct you on how to move forward in ensuring that you receive the correct product.
Customer is responsible for entering in the correct mailing address at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping. Otherwise, your order will go out as it was entered by you.
Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued as a store credit to customer minus any shipping costs.
recalciGrant creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and they will not be refunded or exchanged. Please contact your local post office if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps or file a help request form with the USPS. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control and we can only go by what the tracking information says.
